These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and okwe ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the okwe online casino and sports betting platform available at okwe.bet. okwe reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any funds in an ineligible account will be subject to review prior to any release.

You may register only one account on okwe using accurate and complete personal information. The following obligations apply to all registered users:

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

All financial transactions on okwe — including deposits and withdrawal requests — are processed in Bangladeshi Taka exclusively. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit subject to platform-wide risk controls that may apply to individual accounts.
• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. okwe does not accept credit card payments. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their mobile wallet provider.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any portion of the bonus or derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion period unless the promotion's individual terms state otherwise. Claiming the same promotion multiple times using duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Free spins are credited to specific game titles only and expire within the period stated in the promotion. Winnings from free spins are typically subject to a separate wagering requirement before withdrawal.

Bonus balances are separate from real-money balances in your okwe account. Real-money balances are always used first in gameplay. Bonus balances are only activated after your real-money balance reaches zero unless individual promotion terms specify otherwise.

All games and betting markets available on okwe are governed by the specific rules of the applicable game or market in addition to these Terms. The following general gameplay rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. okwe does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical error, network interruption, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, okwe reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the player's account.
• Maximum winnings per bet or game session may be capped. The applicable maximum payout for each game is displayed within that game's information panel. Winnings exceeding the stated cap will be paid up to the cap amount only.
• Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), volleyball, and other sports listed on the platform — are settled according to official match results from the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute, okwe's decision on settlement is final.

okwe does not accept bets from automated systems, bots, or software programs. Any account found to be using automated betting tools will be suspended immediately and all associated balances will be reviewed prior to any release of funds.

okwe is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. The following responsible gaming measures are in place and available to all registered users:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. These limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours after the request.
• Session reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that alert them after a specified period of continuous play. These reminders are designed to support mindful gaming habits.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on okwe and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity.
• Opening multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) under the same identity or different identities to exploit bonuses, circumvent limits, or evade a previous suspension.
• Using automated scripts, bots, AI-assisted software, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, interact with the platform, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or okwe staff members to manipulate game outcomes, bonus distributions, or settlement decisions.

okwe cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally. Where prohibited activities are identified, okwe will preserve all relevant account data and transaction records and make these available to appropriate authorities upon lawful request.

okwe reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited activities listed in Section 08.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe when requested by okwe's compliance team.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal activity associated with the account.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be reviewed. Where no prohibited activity is identified, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period. Bonus balances are forfeited upon termination in all cases.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okwe's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okwe account in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okwe is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if okwe has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction.
